Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tronly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Tronly is a non-custodial mobile wallet application that allows you to:

  • Create and manage TRON blockchain wallets
  • Send and receive TRX and TRC-20 tokens
  • View transaction history and token balances
  • Import existing wallets using recovery phrases

Non-Custodial Nature

IMPORTANT:

Tronly is a NON-CUSTODIAL wallet. This means:

  • You control your private keys: Your private keys are encrypted and stored only on your device
  • We cannot access your funds: We have no ability to move, freeze, or recover your assets
  • You are responsible for security: You must safeguard your recovery phrase and PIN
  • Lost keys cannot be recovered: If you lose your recovery phrase, we CANNOT help you recover your wallet

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Safely store your recovery phrase (seed phrase) offline
  • Never share your private keys or recovery phrase with anyone
  • Use a strong PIN to protect your wallet
  • Keep your device secure and updated
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not use the App for illegal activities

Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can result in significant losses
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • Network fees (gas) may fluctuate
  • Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities may exist
  • Sending tokens to wrong addresses results in permanent loss

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRONLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of funds due to user error (wrong address, lost keys, etc.)
  • Losses due to cryptocurrency price volatility
  • Network fees or transaction failures
  • Unauthorized access to your device
  • Third-party actions (hacks, scams, phishing)
  • Blockchain network issues or congestion
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Fees and Payments

Tronly is free to download and use. However:

  • TRON blockchain transactions require network fees (paid in TRX)
  • Network fees go to TRON network validators, not to Tronly
  • Fee amounts vary based on network congestion
  • We may introduce optional premium features in the future

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Tronly to:

  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Violate sanctions or export control laws
  • Commit fraud or distribute illegal content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harm, attack, or exploit the App or other users

Intellectual Property

Tronly and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission. Tronly may include open-source components licensed separately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Tronly at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any questions regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
